John Lewis - amazing result

John Lewis wins my business for the future.

I bought my otherhalf a watch last year which fell to bits. I took it back and swapped it for another DKNY watch.

We lost the watch whilst in France, assuming the clasp broke again and John Lewis agreed to refund it, even though the watch was lost.

Brilliant company and excellent result.

I use John Lewis is Newcastle and I love it as the service is always great. Staff in the departments I use -perfume, household goods and haberdashery-are always polite and friendly and keen to give advice when needed.
