I have received a watch back from buyer as they said the battery was flat. I have agreed to refund them the bid price only. I have never had the need to do a refund so would appreciate some help and advise. I just need to credit the buyer £13.50 and do not know where to start? Thanks

Go into paypal account, locate the payment, click on it, click Refund, and set the amount to refund. Something along those lines anyway... it's fairly intuitive. My TV is broken!
