This is a simpleton-type question, so please don't larf (well - not too much, anyhow...) - in the letter first sent requesting charges data, is the address at the head of the text for the relevant bank that of the head office or the local branch?

Thanks, Edinburghlass - just beginning to panic, was all - added to my usual doziness, I wasn't sure which was correct: I can find ambiguity in anything!
