Who wants standard terms for SME's

As most of us SME's are now having problems with what appears to be un-regulated Suppliers making T&C's so complicated that you need a chartered accountant or solicitor to explain if you have just tied yourself in till the Martians land or that you have signed away your rights to be human and cannot afford for a half day of barristers fees to get you out (if your lucky).

How about replying to this thread to acknowledge if you have had any problems in the last 3 years, at least we will have a count of each others support. Then we can show it to Energywatch.
