I think it was passion8 who started the trend using them for vouchers. Great idea :T :T

I bought the pale pink and lilac. They deffo went through at 75p and BOGOF. But someone (Cant remember who, sorry) was charged full price for I think the yellow one):confused:

If you find them take a selection to the till just in case.

I have taken one of mine apart and added the plastic insert to another album, therefore doubling the amount of vouchers its's holds.

    Hi pollsdolls :)

Much as I'd love to take the credit for the idea of using the mini-photo albums for vouchers, it wasn't my idea ;) Big kudos to whoever did think of it though!)

In fact, I used it the day that I bumped into Rubes, and haven't used it since :o lol. I've gone back to the notelets and paper clip way of sorting out the vouchers.

Even though I don't get many vouchers (just acm & now HC) I couldn't cope with them in that holder. Too many shops involved lol, but they are handy for the magazine vouchers ;)

It was £6.25 on the SEL in my store yesterday hon - maybe yours had the wrong one up?

    Thanks for that :)

Now I need to work out how I saw the wrong price, store had wrong SEL or I am going crackers  I think the latter is most likely :rotfl:

    Hi luvbargains

Did the hair stuff have clearance stickers on them? Am coming to Cambs for the weekend visiting family and can't wait to pounce on the retail park ! lol

If you're down that way over the weekend, look out for me (gorgeous bag will be on shoulder and i've got a bright green mini photo album !!!! :D )

Hope everyone has a great weekend (might get on here, but got a busy weekend!)

    Hi jtb2412

Yes they all had clearance stickers on. They weren't in the hair section.
When you go in the store the makeup is on your left, if you go over there you'll see the perfume section and the main clearance section is on the end of one of the aisles facing the perfume.
The hair bits were in a kind of crate thing, if you just pull it out you'll see the hair bits, there was also another crate thing underneath with other clearance bits in. Also there were some No.7 bits and other little bits there.

If you go down to the photo section there is a little shelf on the side of an aisle with a few bits on.
There is also a small clearance section near the summer type things, sun lotion, etc.

    Hope that makes sense :D

Just wanted to pop on here and say a big thank you to lililou for the SMA milk points. :A
My order arrived today and just in the nic of time. Have had to take the day off work as baby girl is being sick again (this is the 4th bout of days of non-eating and v omitting since February). Not a bug thank goodness just a very sensitive stomach that keeps rejecting food every so often. Apparently she'll grow out of it. Luckily I have a very understanding childminder.

Keeping it Boots related no reduced nappies in London Colney or Welywn Garden City. Nothing in the clearance either.

Am feeling quite pleased with myself after my little shop last night, I got my DS a telescope and a solar system for his b/day - 1/2 price. Then I found one of the elusive ROC gwp bags, last one in the store and it went thru at 0.00, SA did query but that I could have it as it was the last one! Yippee! I got something for free - can't believe how much stuff is in it!

P.S. Where are the clearance shelves in either The Fort (Birmingham) or Tamworth. Can't find them - probably not looking properly.

    Thanks all.
