Does anyone know if you move your old sim card to a new cell phone, do you keep the pay-as-you-go minutes left on it and all the stored numbers? My Sony Ericson phone gets bad reception, and I found a cute LG at Tesco for 10 quid. Though of course it may be the Tesco network that's bad and not the phone, lol.

To keep it Boots related, thanks so much those who pointed out you can top up your phones at Boots; I never knew that! Will do in future. :)

    Hi Skibs,..

you keep the minutes, as it stays on your sim...not too sure abotu the phone numbers though...depends on where you store the numbers: in the phone, or in the sim..

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
The glorious weather said I should go out and visit a Boots near my Mum as she wants her card back and it would be rude not to check if she had good offers first......and to use them.....:D

Also used up vouchers from last mag as they expire today.

All those 100pts for Expert stuff were handy as all the expert is reduced so got lots of stuff for 99p-1.52 and 100 pts for each one, along with Time Delay hand cream (yes, I caved in and gave up on the Olay) and other bits on offer. Massive clearance section filled with overpriced and manky carp.

Somehow acquired two more tillspits ;)

AND I turned down a free one!!! - an old lady wanted to give me hers as "all the stuff is much too expensive for me", but I didn't have the heart to do it - so I pointed her in the right direction and she was delighted to get a hand cream for nothing!

I just fooled around and put it in my old "travel" cell to test it, and it kept the numbers and the money! I was a little scared it would wipe it all out if I tried that! But it did do some odd things when I made calls, not sure what that is about. Thanks. :)
