I questioned why it didn’t show up separately like the S&G pts. SA said it was because the albums were reduced so I didn’t get the points. Gave me back to voucher too!)

I tried to exchange one of the photo albums for another colour in another boots (I got the last 2 in blue). SA said I couldn’t as they were scanning at £2.99 in their store so if I wanted a purple one I would have to pay full price for it!

I’ve managed to spend £44.51 :eek: in 2 days and made 858 pts. You lot are a bad influence! Don't think I've got the bootsing down yet though, sure there are more points to be made somehow...

Could someone check I’ve been given the right amount of pts for my £15 spends? The receipts confuse me as I thought they would add 150pts for spending over £15 and then the additional, not pts received and offer pts (my maths is terrible!)

I think you did get the photo album points. They have been splitting off the normal points from the bonus points so
Normal points 17X 4 = 68
Bonus points 17X6 =102
Photo points 200
Total 370
Your total 375 and the 200 points for the S&G your normal points are showing as 48 as the normal points for the £5 S&G are not included as you get mag points on these.I think the bonus points are working on the amounts with pennies as with the old system as I got odd bonus points too

The quickest solution is to ring around your local branches - I asked at the photo counter and the young lad knew they had one out the back off the top of his head

In other words - they may NOT be on the shelves in your store too

As it's till spit monday at Mr T's me and hubby popped to town to do a little shop on each card, as ya do

Of course after a Costa latte I couldn't resist having a peek in Boots

All fresh faces - non of the usual sfc's (who think it's up to them whether a coupon gets scanned) on the main tills so thought I'd get some Olay hand treatment

Got a few more of the foams and paid with pts (got 3 strapping stepsons, 2 of which are shaving and and all 3 use deoderant like it's going out of fashion - but that's not necessarily a bad thing :rotfl: )

Had an unplanned trip into town today to meet my sister. She's not that interested in bootsing, thought the ACM was only for checking points but she did recently use a till spit to get the TD Eye Brightner for 50p. I explained about the ACM and bless her she gave me her 2 x Med soap ones as she said she wouldn't use them. I did check my offers again even though I only did this yesterday - they were still pants!
So I ended up getting 4 x Med soaps (am definitely stocked for the rest of the year with this) and some BOGOF bubble bath to make it up to five pounds. Of course I'd forgot that you can only use one voucher per transaction and the SA wanted to do them separately. She called a manager over to override the till so I said 'oh dear if they're put through separate I won't get the till spit'....What a nice lady, she put them through together so I got a till spit that I offered to sis first but she didn't want it. Bought more TD anti-blemish concentrate for 1.25. It's a nice lightweight serum that I'm hoping will do what it says on the box!
I'm not doing so well on the points but am getting some great bargains thanks to this thread.

used the one that works on the first transaction, then played dumb with the second, I said how strange they are exactly the same blah blah but would you scan the last one i gave you to see if that works as it did before, result she laughed, we laughed mr Boots cried :rotfl:

hydro foam/gel reduced with clearance stickers to 50p a tin, as all goes through full price otherwise in this store. Got the remaining 6 on the shelf.
