Hi just joined forum and enjoying the info and advice being given. MDE I think you have misunderstood Captain Mainwaring comments - I think he is talking from Virgins point of view and not trying to be insulting to you.

The money companies just want to make money out of us all... we are just account numbers you have to start thinking how they think to beat them.....

Well done on getting a reduction, we should tap into each persons knowledge on how to get credit card companys on the back foot not keep bringing up it's your own fault etc etc.
