ebay seems to be the current favourite - depending on the value of the car, you can soon waste a lot of £$£$£ & time advertising week after week!!

Depends on the type of car and value of car really. Autotrader takes longer to pass cars through in my experience and i own a garage selling sports cars. I use Ebay but i must admit that you tend to struggle to get the value of the car on there most of the time and i use this as a last resort. The other major problem on Ebay is the fact that i get 100's oftime wasting dreamers emailing and ringing all the time. This is due to the value and type of vehicle i sell but it is very annoying. You tend to get less through Autotrader.

If i was in your position and i wanted to get rid of 1 car i would tend to put it in the local paper if the vehicle is not worth that much

The car is a Ford focus estate worth about £7000 - £7500

Yeah, then i would possibly take the Ebay route, and also possibly list it in Autotrader. Remember to add to your ebay listing that its advetised elsewhere etc.

The car should not really attract timewasters on ebay
