Loan with bank - claiming back charges

I have a loan with my bank, HSBC and a credit card, I am wondering if I should start the process of trying to claim back my bank charges.
However, I am worried that they will demand that I pay back my loan with them.
Any ideas or thoughts?

Your loan is covered by a completely separate agreement and will not be affected by a claim on your CC0
