I dont think such a product exists. At least i have never seen one advertised.
Have you thought of using https://www.call1899.co.uk All calls to 01/02 numbers free(3p connection) .You would have to make a lot of calls on even the cheapest package to beat this.PF.0 -
Not strictly unlimited, but anytime calls to UK landlines up to 60 mins duration are offered under BT Option 3.0

Hi guys
The problem I have - and thus the reason I need Indirect Access rather than CPS - is that I work out of a serviced office where I have a dedicated number, but not a dedicated line. Call me old-fashioned, but I don't really fancy moving all of my co-tenants onto my phone bill! Hence me wanting to use a 1xxx code for my own calls, rather than having to suffer my landlord's charges - not exhorbitant by any stretch, but BT standard rates... ok - exhorbitant by many standards!

As i mentioned before. You could register the number the number at https://www.1899.co.uk, a number of businesses use the service. You dont have to be the regd user of the business number. Then you would benefit from from the cheap landline/and mobile calls.
If the switch barred you from using the 1899 short code, you could gain access through the 0808 freephone number.
As long as your co- tenants did not find out and abused the service this would probaly solve your problem.Unless another co-tenant has already thought of this idea, and the number has been regd before.(However you can monitor your invoice daily online).PF.0
