Investing in fund with Hargreaves Lansdown - problem?

Hi I wonder if anyone can help.
I was planning on investing £100 per month into a unit trust fund through Hargreaves Lansdown and wanted to do it through a stocks&shares ISA; I am now filling in the online application form for their Vantage ISA but on "step 2" it said "The minimum total investment is £3,000 (with a minimum of £1,000 per holding). The maximum total investment is £7,200".I don't want to invest such a lump sum, is it possible to invest just £100 a month in their ISA? I'm aware they have a minimum of £50 per month for many funds but didn't realise you had to pay a £3k opening subscription as well???

Nah, should be fine. Call them up if you want to confirm it over the phone, but there really won't be a problem with that at all, I imagine.I am a Chartered Financial Planner

Thanks for the quick response!!
There doesn't seem to be a way past the online application without entering a £3000 minimum investment. Has anyone else experienced this???
If not maybe I have to phone them after all like you said0 -
Phoning them is generally better. Their online limits are actually quite high, but when you call them up they'll usually let you get away with lower investmentsI am a Chartered Financial Planner

You cannot invest monthly using their online form. You need to download and print their paper form which allows monthly investment (£50 min) and also fill out the direct debit form.0
