any help with this !!!! up

a year ago iwent to lloyds tsb to put my pension lump sum money into higher interest savings or investment well i asked "adviser" about back to back cash isas but he never even bothered to reply and his understudy said no you dont want them he then carried on with about how good scottish widows was and to put money into some cautious fund of theres saying better return on these than bank savings well as you can guess i took his advice and am now down £2300 loss of interest on savings and loss on fund needless to say i think i have been missold and that the mans incompetant to say the least (i dont feel so bright either) anyone piont me as to any way to fight this bad advice please thanks for any help
