There is a long long list that you could write.
I recommend reading Mackie's textbook on cytology; Coleman and Chapman's cytological technique is also good. Also Bancroft and Stevens has a good cytology section.
Are you meaning conventional samples or liquid based cytology?
You need to think about what influences the cervical epithelium in vivo and go from there really.The cells are my friends...<img>0
