WTC and compliance check

hi i have an ongoing probloem with thetax credit p[eople compliance team.
i lost my job last year told them about it then theysatopp apying me all WTC.
i have found a job a month agos told them about it . since then ihave no payment being made.
he problems lie since i cancelled my claim as i was unemployed they send my file to the compliance team.
they are contantly keeping asking me the same document p60 or p 45, tenancy agreement bank statement. i kept sending them out to them .
i just received back all my original document form them last week. then, the folowing saturday i received a letter saying that i have failed to comply with such request and as suh i have to re-send then everything bsak to them to see if any tax credit is due under section14(2) tax credit act 2002 !!!!
i have already sent the same document three times already and now they even claimed in thier letter that i have advised them that my partner has now passed away which i never did . well i wonder with whom i am living with now or may suffer from hallucination !
i getting fed up calling them up and writing to them saying the same things again you already have all those document etc... and why now starting to claim that my husband is dead while is alive ? a fabulous way to deal with our private data here.
do you know how shall i go to make a complaint here ? thanks .
