Royal Mail Scam Email Warning

"We have been made aware that there are fraudulent emails, alleged to be from Royal Mail, in circulation.
The emails are sent to winning internet auction bidders and claim to be from the The Royal Mail Third Party Protection Service. They ask for money to be despatched to a money transfer account prior to Royal Mail providing delivery of an imported item. Third Party Protection is not a service that Royal Mail offers.
These are not genuine emails. Royal Mail never send email asking for payments for services that you have not specifically requested from us. Nor does Royal Mail ask for money to be transferred via money order. If you are concerned that you may already have been subject to this fraudulent email, you may forward it to onlineauctionfraud@royalmail.com"
