Nationwide: problem with ISA transfer

Just wondered whether anyone else had experienced a similar problem with transferring ISAs to Nationwide.
I applied to transfer my Kent Reliance ISA to the Nationwide Fixed Rate Bond over five weeks ago, got a letter confirming that Nationwide would be doing this on 31 March, and a letter from Kent Reliance on 16 April saying that they had transferred the money to Nationwide and my account with them was now closed.
However, since then I have heard nothing from Nationwide, and I have no idea where the money is since it doesn't show up on online with my other accounts. This has made me a bit nervous – I've written to Nationwide but have so far not heard back from them.
Has anyone else experienced a similar thing?

Try ringing them on 0800 30 20 10. Even when they've issued the ISA certificate, the new account doesn't necessarily show with your other online accounts, because, in my case, they generated a new customer ID, so you have to let them know about the missing account so they can tie up your existing customer ID with the new one. However, they can only do this if your new ISA account has actually been opened. They do have a back log, I think it took a couple of weeks before they opened my ISA, after they'd received the transfer cheque from Barclays. The opening date of the account was the same as that on the transfer cheque from Barclays.0

I wondered why only one of three fixed rate ISA accounts is showing with my online accounts.
Sapphire it is taking Nationwide around two/three weeks to open the ISA after it receives the transfer funds like 1066 says it all gets backdated.0
