:eek: I would have to disagree...the local Graham's down here is a nightmare (too long and boring a story to go into) My OH (plumber/CORGI) uses PTS for boilers/controls/rads/consumables and Screwfix for other bits and pieces. Customers always purchase their own sanitaryware, tiles etc. when he fits a bathroom.
