Hi. This is my first ever post so please bear with. I have quite a few credit cards and over the years I have been charged for numerous late payments amounting to quite a bit but it was always my fault for ignoring my mail. Can I claim these late payment fees back or is it just for going over your limit charges you can claim. Thanks.

Hi, yes you can claim these charges back. Have a look at this thread, it should explain all you need to know. What charges you can claim and which addresses you need to use. Good Luck.
