£100,000 from house sale...whats best?

Hi all,

I'm about to complete the sale of my house. I've relocated to a new area and I am currently renting. The plan is to look for new home over next six to twelve months.

I'm going to end up with around 100,000 to invest after I clear my last CC debts. Not sure the best thing to go for. I want the money reasonable available in case I find a new dream home quickier than anticipated (although tempted to wait & see with current market!)

Would be grateful for any suggestions

i have put 3/4 million with nationwide bonds and i am happy with that.as imagine running around with lumps of money putting 35k here and everywhere.i consider them one of the safer banks in this unsafe times.....ps i know about all eggs in one basket ect but try and open all those 35k accounts and then keep track of them....i have 12months bonds and my house buying money is in e.saver for when i decide to buy.its giving me £1200 a month intrest
