Oh really? Well I can't respond to you on the thread concerned as you got it closed with your "contribution". YOU were the one who came along jumping in with name calling and offensive remarks. YOU were the one hurling abuse at me for something someone else wrote. YOU are the one making potentially racist remarks in a PM. YOU are the one behaving like a troll. Don't like it when someone responds to you then? Diddums. The solution is in your hands just read your PM.

I wish we had the option to hold off for a few months but sadly not everyone can:(

We are buying my mums home as she has gone into a carehome,my sister is handling to the sale and will not hold off as she said there could be legal implications in delaying also for the same reason we have to pay a market value for the house:( My poor ole dad would be turning in his grave.....

A racist comment, all i did was ask if you was Polish, how is that a racist comment???

If you dont like people watching you whilst you are working you obviously have something to hide, but thats another story and it was discussed before and a lot of people put you right in that thread.

Back on to the first post house prices startted to fall in october 2007, it was a good 7 months on you made your prediction to wait 6 months, and house prices have still been falling well over 12 monthats after you said wait 4 to 6 months.

If people had listened to you they would have bought late last year, you might aswell have said hang on 1 month then kept on coming on here saying i told you was right:D

From your first post of saying hold off 4 to 6 months, it has now been 14 months and you have got the audasity to say wait another 6 months, this post is so much of a joke it is unbelievable.

its like saying one day in the future i dont know when house prices will stabalise, how longs a peice of stringgggggggggggggggggggggggggggg???????????

I have nothing to hide - its clear on the open thread and quite clear from my first PM to you. Hoever you choose to turn it into somthing resembling a conspiracy - hence my remark about DI forums. Don't you do irony then? Would you like me to copy my PM to the open forum so peeps can see what I actually said? You decided to attribute something someone else said to me and castigate me for it. Thats what I object to and I object to being interrupted unecessarily in my work when I have quoted a fixed price to do it because all that does is cost me money. All you need to do is apologise for your mistake whether it was impulsively driven or not. Then the matter is closed and forgotten.
