MBNA what a bunch of cowboys

I will try to keep this short and to the point, but I am fuming.

Back in November I had an op rang them and they told me I could not claim of my Insurance that I paid every month as I was employed and self employed.

Using templates on this site I said fine give me my money back this went on for a while even with them telling me I had never tried to claim, anyway got it sorted with 2 days to get the application in signed by my boss and doctors, just about made it.

I was of sick for 6 weeks they paid me for 30 days lol.

I had an automatic payment to them every month, this particular month it was 3.63 short i still can not understand why, they charged me £12 late payment fair enough I should have turned the statement over but they also charged me interest. It took me ages to get that sorted and they had credited me with it.

Last week I had a letter from them saying due to the way I have conducted my account they have re-looked at my limit and have decided to lower it to £200. Lol the only missed payment was 3.63 short from Feb.

Lol once int was refunded, sick insurance paid and my monthly payment I am in credit of over £400, imagine my shock when I logged in to see how much credit I have left to find they have charged me over 100 in interest, just rang them they have refunded it lol. What a pain in the bottom they are none of this should have happened and every time you ring you get told something different.

Well, for me MBNA is probably the best Credit Card in the world. What other card offers massive Credit Limits, transfers direct to your Bank Account, and minimum payments of £5 or £25 ?

They have worked for me

Like NickX, I adore MBNA; I have made thousands of pounds out of them but you do need to read and follow the rules.
