my first thread£15000 KICKING ITS HEELS

It,s my first time so please be patient.my motherinlaw overseas(luckily)has£15000 in capital bonds but as they are performing badly she would now like to move them to a high interest savings account.easy access to the money is not an issue.If needs be it isn,t a problem putting it in my wifes name.she like a lot of pensioners doesn,t want her own goverment(denmark)knowing about or taking some of it,any suggestions:beer:
