Barclaycard fees for payment in Euros?

Hi. I want to purchase something from the Netherlands costing 1185 Euros over the internet this weekend. The website says I have to use PayPal. When I checkout via PayPal's website it gives me the option to use PayPal's conversion rate (1 British Pound = 1.23825 Euros) or use my VISA card's fees (but it doesn't say what they are).
I phoned Barclaycard and they said the fee constantly changes and I'll have to check visainternational.com, but I couldn't find anything here. I don't know if they thought I meant the Euro > GBP exchange rate? - which I believe will remain at 1.27055 until Monday morning.
I then phoned Barclaycard again and someone else said "I don't *think* you'll be charged anything if buying via the internet. But there is a fee of 2.75% if you were paying in person within Europe".
I got the impression both people at Barclaycard weren't sure what they were talking about. Does anyone else know what I'll be charged?
Essentially I want to know if it'll be cheaper for me to select the PayPal option to use PayPals conversion fees or use VISA's fees.
Thanks, Jason

That's the VISA Corporate Rate:
http://corporate.visa.com/pd/consumer_services/consumer_ex_rates.jsp
Just enter your 2.75% Bank fee and right at the moment EUR 100 would be charged to your card as GBP 80.91.0
