Zavvi online - charged for something I didn't order!

I had a post here a while ago about some problems dealing with this (as it turns out - awful) retailer.
Bascially I wanted to cancel an order I had with them. It took an age to finally contact them and the website showed no signs of my order at all. Zavvi finally contacted me and told me that my order mustn't have gone through as they had no sigh of it.
Low and behold, I find today that I have been charged for the item. I have since ordered the item from elsewhere and am disgusted at this. I have a charge on my credit card and the same problem now of trying to contact Zavvi. Conveniently their customer services aren't open over the weekend and the item is due to be shipped Monday.
At best I am now faced with trying to contact them with regards getting a refund and also sending the item back. At worst I am charged and the item doesn't arrive and I have a whole mess to clean up.
What is my best course of action seeing as they have charged me for something they claim I didn't order? Many thanks.
