Letter needed for credit card comp

Hi y'all, you were good enough to help me last time I had bother with this lot - the Clydesdale Master Card!
In the end Debt Managers arrested my account and took all my money and savings, but I'm still paying the balance. That was last autumn.
Today I get a letter from Rockwell Collection Agency on behalf of Phoenix Recoveries, acting on behalf of Tessera Recoveries saying I owe £1491 and I'm to discuss payment options with them!
Well I've checked my records, and although they try to make life hard by using different ref numbers etc, I'm sure this is the original account that is mostly paid off and I'm paying the balance on.
I'm wondering if there is a letter I can use so as not to incriminate myself when I tell them I'm not paying as this debt is with Debt Managers and is being paid...??
Thanks

Hi Jings, can't help with last question, but I'm certain that Rockwell and Tessera are trading names of Royal Bank of Scotland.
Dont' know if that helps at all?
Sorry if you already knew0
