I was on maternity leave from the end of may last year until the 6th of march this year.
Because tax credit people have my earnings from the previous year would I be entitled to any back pay, the last 3 months of my mat leave were on half pay but not paid by employer, it was SMP.
Ive had my P60 in the post today so have the details to phone them with but no idea what last years earnings were on their records.
thanks.
