I transferred my Egg balance to my new Virgin CC last week, and I've just looked at my Egg statement online to find that the day AFTER the balance was cleared, they've whacked me with an interest charge. Before I start sending them stroppy e-mails, can someone tell me if this is to be expected/right or should I be demanding they remove it from my account?
TIA.
TIA.
