Morning all,
Apologises as this has probably been asked over the last couple of days.
Gave our exact yearly figures over the phone on monday 21st , no problems with that.
Received PROVISIONAL paperwork through the post this morning.
Big question is- How long does it take for the systems to update to the the FINAL REWARD. ??? 7 - 10 days or longer ???
Hope it isn't too long as I can really do with the extra at the moment;) i.e. telephone bill .
Thanks

Have you actually completed the annual renewal? Have you received the paperwork before calling TCO?
TCO can accept your previous year figures as an estimate until your renewal has been issued - the system wont let it be recorded as actual figures until then.
If you have not received the pack as yet you will need to call again or complete and return the pack.
If you have received it and were asked all the questions - Have you received any IS, JSA, PC in the Previous year, Have you had income from Taxable Benefits, Employment, Company Benefits, Self Employment or any other Household income? - then you will have completed your renewal and should shortly receive your new up to date "Initial Current Year Award".
If it takes a bit longer it mat be because your declaration has gone on to a worklist as they need to confirm the information on your renewal and you will be contacted by post to verify the details again.0 -
yes received the yearly renewal form. They are aware of this. also was claiming jsa contribution based for 10 weeks.
That's great info thankyou. Hopefully not too long

okay just an update really, although am still confused.
Spoke to wftc over the phone, lady very helpful. We had an additional £179.57 in our account today( that paid for phone bill and council tax ) and asked her to explain as to why we didn't have any more monies as my husband income for last year was only £6,500.00. ( Put in £13,500.00 for the year and also £13,500.00 for 2008/2009 . Lady really couldn't answer me as to why...
We had a large overpayment in 2004 which will now be fully paid up this July but am still unsure as to why it wasn't any more.
3 children and this years weekly figure will be £175.57
Any help would be great.:A Tomorrow's just another day - keep smiling0 -
How much was the household income for 2006/07? You wont have an underpayment if it was £6500 or less as this is likely to be the income on which your award was based.
The other possibility is that your renewal has not yet been processed and that is why there are no one off payments.0 -
income for 2006/2007 was £18,500.00. we where both working at the time and then only had 2 children.
the lady did mention that everything on her screen stated that this was final. still haven't had any paperwork through with information:A Tomorrow's just another day - keep smiling0 -

Friend of mine also mentioned to ask about the "Healthy vouchers" for our family..
Is this automatic ?? Any ideas if I will receive these vouchers or will it be a no because we have "WORKING FAMILY TAX CREDIT".
Thanks guys:A Tomorrow's just another day - keep smiling0
