Does anyone know if they are back?
They were down yesterday, and when they came back I typed my 3 numbers in correctly, but it said I had not.
I am afraid of trying a 3rd time as I will have to get brand new numbers.
Tks

Just got in ok.
I'm in France and if it had not worked the 3rd time, they would have cut me off and I would have to get sent new numbers, which would be really annoying.
On another point, when I withdraw 350 euros from a cash machine, when it appears on my statement a few days later, do I get the exchange rate on the day I made the withdrawal, or the rate a few days later when it appears?0 -

Not sure about euros but when I withdrew dollars from an ATM in the States I got the rate on the day when it tracked back into my account.Mortgage when started October 2011 : £94,134

That's what I would have thought.
But I withdrew 350 euros on 4 consecutive days this week, and they have just appeared on my statement, but all the same rate of exchange.0 -
Hmm - strange. What I would do if you get a chance is send a secure message to Nationwide via online banking system and get them to clarify.
That's the only suggestion that I would have at the moment - when I was in the States I withdrew on 2 consecutive days and the exchange rate was different on both days.Mortgage when started October 2011 : £94,134
