Reclaim Natwest bank Charges

The banks are now quite threatened by our actions :j, why am I saying that, simply because I have sent my first step letter on 14/04 and got all my administrative charges sent to me by 25/04.:T
But the ever clever bank, sent me all bank activities for the past 6 years, so you have to take some time to read them through and single out the bank charges you can ACTUALLY reclaim. That, you will have to do before sending out your 2nd step letter.
