    Hey all

I also had a nice surprise in the post, I subscribe to Marie Clare magazine and it came this morning with a free 50ml pot of Body Shop Coconut Body Butter :D perfect timing as I'd finished the last of mine yesterday and am too tight to pay £14 for another one at the moment!

    So far spent today:
-£3 on food bits for my nan (she tried to pay me for I but I couldn't take it from her)
-£1.50 on postage (though paid by the buyer's of my tat!)

Got an work colleague's engagement do to go to later, but am taking the car, so only expect to spend £2-£3 on soft drinks. Won't be staying more than a couple of hours cos I can't stand being sober amongst drunk people :rotfl:

    Have a good evening all

Paid my thrift club and lottery today so £22. Other than that, only 15p on paracetamal from TEscos becasue my poor back is killing me!

Even if I wanted to spend more i've got £1 left on my overdraft! Still no money from Mother. I asked her today and despite knowing we are skint and I paid a cheque out for her which was going to clear Thursday, she put a cheque in- from a different bank. What I told her i'd be charged £30 when I went over my limit, she said 'never mind - you'll get all your charges back probably one day.'

With family like that....who needs enemies. I am feeling really, really, really, cross with her...... If I get charged-she will be paying!!!

A NSD for me. Its been a long weekend here (Anzac Day), but I've had no money until payday so have had a very quiet one, only spent $10 yesterday.

Today it is raining so I am sitting on MSE, and have been watching some dvds I got with a free online dvd trial.

Some things never change   . Who said travelling was glamourous? :rotfl: :rotfl:

Got a few weekends away & a wedding coming up so need to balance it out. Plus I am heading home ( ) finallly in a few months via a trip to hawaii & the states so need to save..

I hope the weather is better where you are.

    xx

The old family owing you money problem... my mum is terrible for it, I have to nag all the time. One of my OHs family members owes us a bit of money for some tickets we bought and he forgot to give us, fair enough it was only £9 and another recent one for £8 but its frustrating considering the £9 one we paid for months and months ago. Keep reminding OH to make sure he is aware he still hasn't paid us and he'll go 'meh its only £9' or whatever yet moans if my family members dont pay us money back straight away.
