So I've just come back from a night shift (a recent idea to tackle the debt through earning more dosh) so am a bit sleep deprived, emotional and excited. I should really wait till Tuesday to post this, when I'm hoping the payment will have cleared. But I'll have come off a raft of night shifts by then, so will be :rotfl:, :wall: and  . Hence the reason I'm posting now.
Have just made my last payment on my last credit card! Two years and two months after my LBM (£7244.36, and I never forget the 36p!) I've made it. Back to 0. The weirdest thing is, almost 5K of that has been paid off between last October and now, after I realised I'd never be able to do what I wanted with my life if I didn't stop faffing about!! Which of course makes me what to :wall: thinking about if I'd been like that in March 06 instead of October 07, I could have been out of debt 18 months ago. But then hindsight is a wonderful thing isn't it!!
I just want to say thanks to all on here that have offered their advice and been a ruddy good laugh over the past few years, and obviously I'll stick around, cause I'm now obsessed, and I still have bank charges to reclaim, and savings account to check the interest on (savings account! A proper one that I don't just use as a second current account! Hurrah!) I'll wait and post on the roll of honour once it's all cleared on the online banking, but I couldn't possibly go to bed without writing one more rambly, smiley's gone mental post for old time's sake!!
