have cd-wow complained or something?
if they have it's amusing because it's always other people they complain to but they never take steps themselves about sorting things out - ie:
there is nothing displayed on their page or in their terms about 1 voucher per person and as such scripts and multiple submissions would seem perfectly valid, indeed the format of their offer would seem to encourage it
also the offer (according to the terms on the page) is now finished.0 -
