Hi, well done on tramoline, the builders have just left. What a bloody mess. Dust everywhere. But most of the work has been done at last. They only have to come back and plaster one wall and block up my flue. As it were. Then i can get on with finishing decorating. I feel much better now they have done. Only the plumber to get in now. Sorted work out by the way. If i can just get rid of this headache. x x x x x xNight Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:

Don't have a cats bum unfortunately, but will have to think of alternative. Hmm do you think they will still let me have a choice of design?Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Cat - 2lbs is an excellent loss!!
Keren - def celebrate getting any sort of progress on the decorating, and "flippin heck" to £70 of AQA!!!!
smashed - I hope the headache improves very shortly.
Everyone else - hellooooooooo
The sunshine has inspired me to get some work done, so me and the kids have been doing housework and the garden (well, made a start on the jungle to the back of the house, type thing). The house looks a little better, so hopefully I can capitalise on the improvements during the week. It is so unusual for me to be able to sit in a (almost) tidy lounge and cook in an (almost) tidy kitchen, that I am very pleased with ourselves...........(sad I know!)Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Bob,
Thanks so much for asking and I'm going to be honest here-I feel great at the minute! I am so looking forward to being on my own...Bearing in mind that this is a current state of mind and subject to change at any time...
I went on Etitiled To and I will be ok money wise as long as I keep a tight control on it and my husband is being very good about everything.
I need some help with positive thinking from everyone please! there is a house for rent down the road from us now-It is a 3 bed detched in a nice area and the strange thing is, we used to own it! I really loved this house and know I would be happy there. It is walking distance of the kids schools, childminder and the in-laws so very handy!
Now, I called the estate agents because it said they had an application received HOWEVER, they have said there is a snag with it-PLEASE PRAY THIS SNAG STOPS THEIR APPLICATION!
I asked if I paid 6 months rent up front would it help? And they said yes...
So, positives thoughts one and all!
This is the house:

That is such good news for you bunny, I am keeping my fingers crossed for you honey. The start of a new life. Thank you BOb, i am feeling somewhat better after sorting out a major problem. Work. Am back to normal now if you understand where i am coming from. I have no need to be worrying about it anymore. Cold is getting better. I think it was more of a stress thing. Working on headache now. The builders left about an hour ago. But i am ok thank you xxxxxxxxxxxxxNight Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:
