Just dropped OH off at the club so he can watch his beloved Man Utd:rolleyes: (so no more door sanding today!) and on the way back a set of lights were stuck on red. In the end, everyone started crawling through.......the law of sod that just as I was half way through they 'unstuck' themselves:mad: ......I hope there wasn't a camera on the light otherwise I'll be getting 3 points.

My goodness Keren, you are a woman on a mission today! Not surprising you are AQA'd out....you will end up with AQA syndrome at this rate and be unable to talk to people without keeping to a certain amount of characters and adding an interesting fact.:rotfl:

I pigged out totally on the sins last night so I have been very good today..I am terrible at being distracted from things though and found myself having some Haribo sour apples without even thinking they were going into my mouth:o

Never mind though I am out tonight on the JD and diet coke and plan to dance all my sins away:D And of course I will be careful not go gain any unplanned sins:rolleyes: .......like chips and gravy.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Afternoon all. This is more of a flying visit than a chat... managed to lose 2lb last week. Am not as happy as I should be but then again maybe I'd have lost more if I'd bothered to do some exercise! guess that's the challenge for next week - 15 minutes of exercise each day.

Off for a drive with Wayne - through hunslet to drop something off. We *might* be going to the coast tonight (not camping so not DFW) but that's if I can actually find a garage where people aren't panic buying all the petrol.

Smashed and Bunny - hope you're both well.
Sarah - hope you had a good night last night.
Keren - celebrate the sanded down door
Louise - hope the JD/coke & dancing works and that tomorrow is hang-over free!

Everyone else - have a great weekend - might get on again depends if we go to the coast (Robin Hood's Bay) or not.
