25 April 2008 – Our Easy Access Savings Account rate guarantee just got even better We are committed to offering our savers consistently high savings rates. In line with this commitment we are pleased to announce that, with immediate effect, the interest rate guarantee on our Easy Access Savings Account has been enhanced – it’s now higher and longer than ever! We now guarantee to pay at least 0.35% above Base Rate until 2011 and at least match Base Rate until 2013 – that’s a whole 5 years peace of mind! The enhanced guarantee applies to both new and existing customers.
