Any payouts after The "stay" in August 07

I put my claim in with the Abbey in Feb 07 and due to Abbey being one of the worst to pay out didnt get mine before the oft put stop on all claims in August while test case was going thru. But while i ve been browsing the site it looks like some new claims after August have been paid out. Is this true, has anybody been paid out since last Autumn. Whilst I understand that those who had had an offer could carry on with theirs and receive their payout, it doesnt seem right that new claimants have had payouts while 1,000s of us wait, its now been over 14 mths for me. Im not blaming the claimants but if this is true we should beable to go to the banks and complain. So if anybody has made a new claim since August 07 on old charges, back 6 years and not for charges this year could they let me know.
