I've had my ING ISA for two years, now with the rate at around 4.5% I was thinking of transferring to another bank. Any advice on who to approach when transferring and where to? I currently have ~£6000 to transfer.

Abbey,Nationwide, Halifax guarantee no loss of interest while transfer cheque is in transit and being banked.
I believe an ISA fix would be prudent if access to the funds is not required.
