Just goes to show how when Lowells / Red are pushed into a corner they have to give in when they know that someone knows the laws about statute barred debts.
It is a pity that they try it on in the first place when they know full well that they are chancing it.

Think Lowell/red are turnnig over a new leaf, based on the various posts on here. In the last week, three OPS have now reported decent cave-in responses from them, minus any attempts at emotional blackmail or legal obscurification.
So Pete, make sure that you tell folk as you can bet that for every person who gets help on here, there are a few who did not know where to look.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
