I don't mind at all. I quite enjoyed writing it.

I would send it to both just to be doubly sure.

In theory that isn't unnecessary, since a letter to Red Collections goes to Lowells anyway. But I have had the occasional problem getting confirmation of delivery when sending to PO Box's in the past, so in this case you might like to double up on the letters.

    So have I. Many times.

Not sure if it was the Royal Mail or the Student Loans Company, but I've had no end of problems with getting delivery confirmations when a letter goes to one of their PO Box's.:confused: I now just send everything to their main office without problem.

    Yes you should.

    Good. :)

Remember that the threats about complaining in that letter are real. If they continue to contact you without providing clear proof that the debt is not Statute Barred, then complain to all the regulatory bodies mentioned.

Rog: I found that Car Clamper clip from "The Complainers". Absolutely fantastic. :D

The ones you just sent, or the original one?

If you have not dated them, then you will still have the dated and stamped recorded delivery posting receipt from the Post Office.

You will also be able to obtain dated electronic proof of delivery online at http://track.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track
