Please Help!! I Need to Sell My House Quick!!!

in House buying, renting & selling
I live in Greater Manchester and I need to sell my house quick. I have received a quote from one of those companies that buy your house 20-30% below market value and I would like to know if this company is creditable. The company is called "Property Buyer" and is registered in Nottingham. Does anyone know if this company is ok? What are the issues of selling houses to these companies? Is there anything I need to be aware of? I need to move out from this house ASAP.

    My house is valued for 105,000 to 110,000 pounds on the market by estate agents but those companies argeed to pay from 80,000 to 85,000 pounds.
