ING ISA Transfer

I had ING ISA 07/08 from April 07/08, transferd all to YBS after 6 months. I thought that i've done and dusted with ING but today i recieved certificate of deduction of tax from ING (with net interest). But I though that this account was closes once all money is transfered.
What shall i do?
