Is Your Arrangement Fee Included In Your Mortgage0

no that will be in with that 1500.0

Which lender is it?0

Ask You Lender To Include The Arrangement Fee In How Much You Can Borrow, They May Let You Do This0

the lender is first national.
they have said they will not lend any more than 90% which is 127,500.0 -
Only other option I can really see is iGroup, which is another subsidiary company of GE as First National is, but iGroup will consider 95% on some products.
Have you not got the means to make up the shortfall yourselves?0 -
no,and our mortgage with gmac is up 31st may,and will be going up to £900,which there is no way we can afford.0

Can you explain a little bit more please. Is that £900 their SVR rate?
Have you asked them for a new deal?
You always ask the present lender for a new deal and then compare to others out there.
Were you always on time with your mortgage payments? Other payments?
What is your income? And are you sure your credit record is too bad for a more mainstream lender?0 -
Have you thought of taking in a lodger for 6 months to help you sort out a new mortgage?
