Where / how to transfer Virgin ISA ex PEP?

Hello folks, the title says it all really.
I have a Virgin Stocks and Shares ISA (ex PEP). I would like to transfer out of this to another ISA.
What I would like to know is does the fact that it used to be a PEP make any difference to the transfer process?
Also can anyone recommend some good ISA's that I should look at. There's currently £3200 in the Virg account.

I transferred one over to Hargreaves Lansdown a couple of years ago. It was just a matter of downloading the transfer form and sending it off.0
