Can you buy Euros on credit card?

strange question, but if i booked a holiday on a credit card, and then wanted to purchase euros, would the euros be clased as a cash transaction?

In 99.9% of cases, it'll be a cash transaction.
One exception being M&S travel money bought on an M&S credit card, which is classed as a purchase transaction (0% in the intro period, and up to 50+ days interest free otherwise).0 -
