Saving For A Wedding

I plan to save £400 per month for the wedding as i im planning to save another £400 per month for a house deposit in another account which an IFA is to tell me more about next week.
Which account would suit me best? It must be accessible when i want it. Good rate of interest. No penaltys for withdrawls and can be linked to my A&L current account. ( i dont ask for much do i
