tax credit renewal almost here n i have dilema.

thing were going fine and husband income was coming up the same as previous year, no wage rise or anything, then bang in jan they put him on contract which ment we are about 10 less a week, he gets paid mth now, so from jan to april they was a diferance in wages, we arent geting any more but cause from end jan hes gone on to been paid mthy on his p60? end of year tax thing it got his income now at 19000, instaed of the 16500 that he was getting, thing is once you work out his wage he is stil getting just 16500, per year, just worried what happen when i put in renewal and the new amount of 19 something. are we going to loose some tax credit..... sorry if this dont make no dsence im worried sick

    The increase in his income is only £2500 which is well under the £25000 disregard so you have nothing to worry about for 2007-2008

    When you complete the renewal TCO will use the £19000 as the basis for your 2008-2009 award. There might be a small decrease in your entitlement. Try putting your information on www.entitledto.co.uk to find out if there will be any change in the money you will receive.
