Hey Keren, 6lbs lost is great almost 3kgs. Have you held 3 kgs in your hand? Try holding 3 bags of sugar in your hands thats how much youve lost, thats 3 kgs less on your knees and other joints. And the hardest part about dieting is starting, becuase if you are easily demotivated you need a good start, so you can see how much youve lost so it spurs you on.
