HELP:how do I get pee off cork-tiled floors?

Hi there
I have posted this on Money-saving old style but wondered if anyone here may be able to help.
My lovely 6 year old son has taken to peeing not only on the toilet seat but apparently behind the toilet too!
We have a varnisehed cork-tiled bathroom floor and the pee has somehow penetrated the varnish and is now a fetching black/brown colour.
I have scrubbed with vinegar and water solution but this hasn't done much!
Any ideas pitifully gratefully received!
